All refurbished printers come from customer returns. Some are unused but may have minor scratches; some are used but fully functional; and some had small issues that customers didn’t want to repair with replacement parts. We fixed those ourselves and tested them thoroughly to ensure they perform like new. We call all of these “Refurbished 3D Printers.”
Why we start to sell certified refurbished 3D printers?
We often received messages and emails asking, “Can I buy one of your returned printers?” or “Do you sell returned printers?” We used to reply, “Sorry, we don’t sell returned printers.” However, we understand that some people want to own a Sovol printer at a lower price and don’t mind doing a bit of fixing. So we thought — why not repair those returned printers and offer them at an affordable price?

- Since our EU maintenance warehouse is located in France and the price of refurbished printers is very low, we currently only support shipping to Austria, Belgium, Czechia, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Ireland, Hungary, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, and Romania.
